My beam gen 2 is less than a year old and apart from initial connection issues at the start it has been working fine since. However I unplugged the beam to change the TV wall mount and since then it's not working at all.
There are times it just starts working itself if left connected but then cuts out randomly or the remote stops working.
I have tried disconnecting/reconnecting a number of times. Turning settings off and on again. Running the set up through the Sono app. None has worked.
Running the set up on the app now says it can't locate the arc connection.
It's 100% in the right hdmi port.
I'm at loss of what to do next other than get rid of the bloody thing and buy a different one.
My TV is LG C2, I'm using the hdmi cable provided with the beam.
Any help will be massively appreciated please.
