My Sonos beam flashes orange and white. I’ve tried multiple HDMI cables, power cords, even multiple TVs and outlets. The volume turns down automatically, as soon as I turn it up it turns back down. I sent a diagnostic, my number is 1989372323. Thanks for any help you can provide.
