Current setup: Sonos Beam connected via ethernet. All other devices connected over SonosNet.
Recently got a new router. The modem stayed the same so I wouldn’t expect any issues. Everything was working fine until this morning when my Sonos app couldn’t find any devices. The ‘System’ button is dithered and it states ‘Unable to find your Sonos system’.
Troubleshooting steps so far:
- Confirmed Beam connected over ethernet is showing as an online and connected device on through my modem.
- Unplugged all devices except for Beam.
- Tried the walkthrough steps on Sonos app to reconfigured the plugged in Beam and it states it can’t find the product.
Any help would be appreciated.
