Why does my beam keep cutting out while watching the tv?

What exactly are you watching? From what device? What model TV do you have? Is it a Beam Gen 1 or Gen 2?


HDMI or Optical link?


 WiFi or Ethernet?  What’s the SNR?

Welcome to the Sonos Community!

Momentary TV audio interruptions can often be resolved by unplugging the TV from power for at least a couple of minutes - this restarts the TV’s software in a way that Standby does not achieve.
