Hello,

for 2 years now i have problem that my sonos beam is having a crackling sound.

I think the most of the time is happening when the netflix-app is used.

When changing input, the issue seems to be solved for a moment.

I am using the following setup :

 

Nvidia -shield → HDMI to Philips Oled TV

Receiver → HDMI to Philips Oled TV

HDMI with ARC from Oled tv to Sonos Beam

 

Off course all cables are already replaced.

I saw different threads in this community , without a solution.
