Upon checking, I can’t see any issues with the Beam, So I want to ask further questions to check on this issue.
- When did it start happening?
- Are there any changes made in the settings before the issue occurred?
- Is it happening on all type of contents like TV or music contents?
- Have you tried to unplug the Beam form the HDMI Arc port and from the power source for 1-2 minutes and observe for any difference.
