I’m getting random cracklings noises from my sonos beam it’s connected to the tv via hdmi arc and I’ve submitted the diagnostics (935533658) does anyone know how I can fix this?

when I pause my sky for a few seconds and press play again it seems to sort itself out

Hi @Bhavik, Thank you for reaching out and welcome to the community. Sorry to hear about your issue with the crackling sounds on the Sonos Beam. And thanks for submitting a diagnostic report. Upon checking, I can’t see any issues with the Beam, So I want to ask further questions to check on this issue. 

  • When did it start happening?
  • Are there any changes made in the settings before the issue occurred?
  • Is it happening on all type of contents like TV or music contents?
  • Have you tried to unplug the Beam form the HDMI Arc port and from the power source for 1-2 minutes and observe for any difference.
