I hope you can help I have beam2 and two rear Era 100 all connected via WiFi.  Playing music is perfect but when watching tv through sky the sound on the system has a distortion to it, almost like a squelch to it.

im really desperate and am thinking could it be my WiFi or is there something else I am missing?  Please help!

This may require a diagnostic, and a call to Sonos to see what is going on, since we in the community don’t have access to see those details. So, I would recommend that you submit a system diagnostic within 10 minutes of experiencing this problem, and call Sonos Support to discuss it.

There may be information included in the diagnostic that will help Sonos pinpoint the issue and help you find a solution.

When you speak directly to the phone folks, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.
