I see similar questions have been posted int the past but I dont see any actual solution?
My system worked perfectly fine for a couple of weeks then, my devises struggle to reconginze each other, the TV always disconnects from the Arc after powering down.
My setup:
Samsung Q-LED TV
Sonos ARC and Sub
Apple TV
I’ve confirmed:
ANynet is on
HDMI e-ARC on on auto
Ive tried:
Completey resetting both devises and setting up again (without any other devise connected)
tried the (NON e-ARC) HDMI slot
Spent hours on the phone with Sonos and Samsung support
Installing a CEC blocker on the Apple TV line
Would really appreciate any solutions to this super frustrating issue
