Sonos Arc Volume Issue

Hello Everyone,

I’ve owned the Arc for about two months now, I’ve noticed at times in order to properly hear what's being displayed on the TV I have to crank the volume high. I’ve tried everything, from resetting the Arc to changing the settings in the app and the TV. ​​​​​​The TV that I’m using the Arc with is the Sony A90J. I had the beam before and NEVER experienced this issue.

What are the sound settings on your TV?
