Sonos Arc volume

Hi out there!

I have a Sonos Arc that has worked wonderfully for more than a year now. But tonight, when I watched the TV, suddenly the damn thing lowered the volume to zero without me having done anything at all! When trying to raise the volume again, the Arc fell down to zero again. It turned out to be a battle between me and the Arc! I raised volume and the Arc lowered it.

Anyone who has ever encountered this phenomena?

I have never experienced this before.

Disconnect the Arc from the TV and unplug the Arc and TV from power for a couple of minutes. Plug everything back in and run TV Setup in the Sonos app under the Arc’s settings. Follow the app instructions.
