Sonos Arc status light not showing when increasing volume on Sky Q remote

For several weeks now the status light on my arc does not show whenever I increase or decrease the volume on my sky q box via my sky q remote. It’s really annoying as it doesn’t seem like the volume is increasing (as it goes up in increments of 2) so I want the visual there that it is actually going up. 

It also doesn’t show when I go up to the arc itself and physically press the touch buttons on top and I’ve no idea why?
 

I see the volume physically increase when on the app when I press increase. I’ve reset the remote and tried to pair again but no joy. I’ve also turned the status light function off/on via the app. It seems to be a bigger issue than that though, as it doesn’t show when I physically press the top of the arc like I’ve said. 

My TV is an LG 77 inch G2 if that is relevant. 

For reference, I have a Sonos Ray in the bedroom and that still works correctly, showing the status light when I increase/decrease on my sky q mini box. 
 

Any idea what it could be?

Omg I’ve just done it and it’s fixed it! As if that’s worked?! Sometimes the most basic things! Thanks for your help 😊

Have you tried turning the Arc off at the wall, leaving it 30 secs, then turning it back on again?

Omg I’ve just done it and it’s fixed it! As if that’s worked?! Sometimes the most basic things! Thanks for your help 😊
