Hi

I have dropouts with my Sonos Arc when watching . The dropouts happen several times on a evening, about 8 second evert time.  The tv is philips 70 " about year old. The arc is 6 month old and the problem has been there since I bought it. The arc is wired.  I have tryed every possible soundadjustment without Any changes.  What can I do ?

 

Immediately after one of these events, submit a diagnostic, note the confirmation number and contact phone support. SONOS staff has access to the diagnostic data. Meanwhile, make sure that the HDMI cable is fully seated in its jacks. Are there any error messages posted in the controller?


Everything is connected right an no error messages.
