I want to setup - Arc + Sub + 3rd party In Celling Speaker with Sonos AMP , is this the correct setup or do I need anything else more in the setup. 

 

  1. Sonos Arc 
  2. Sonos Sub 
  3. 3rd paty In celling Speaker with Sonos Amp

So can we do this setup or not ??

Yes, you can do this setup.  Note though that the amp+3rd party speakers can only be used to play rear surround duties.  They cannot be used to play atmos audio channels, which is done by the upfiring speakers in the Arc.  IMO, ceiling speakers is not a good choice for rear surround, as the audio should be coming from behind/beside you at around ear level, rather than above.
