I can’t connect my Sonos ARC SL to my Samsung QN85. It’s attached to the HDMI ARC port. the TV sees a connection but shows as unknown device with turned off sign. I’ve reset the TV, Sonos, and used two different HDMI cables. The Sonos works by itself by wifi and the mobile app, however, no connection to TV. It was working for two years with the same TV.

Any suggestions? if it needed service or parts, how and where can I get it? I live in Houston, Texas.
