Sonos Arc not showing in system on S2 12.1 app

I've just downloaded 12.1 on the s2 app. Once completed my sound stopped through arc gen 3 sub and both rear play 1 speakers. 

I factory reset all speakers but when I try and reconnect the arc, it says its done but doesn't show in my system. 

I turned WiFi off and on also. 

Plus the arc is wired not wifi


Any suggestions as I'm at my witts end 🤬

All sorted now. For some reason unbeknown to me it was and is my sky. Turned my sky off at power and it all connected straight away. 

Anyone knows why this is I'm all ears?? 

Unfortunately, I don’t know what your sky is.

I’d guess that there was a potential duplicate IP address being handed to the Arc causing it not to be reachable by the controller on your phone.
