Help please! Our Sonos Arc continuously cuts off from our TV and now it wont reconnect at all.
We tried the advice of powering off the devices, disconnecting the other HDMI cables, powering up the devices and reconnecting the arc only.
Nothing changed, so we swapped out the HDMI to arc for a brand new one, followed the same procedure and still nothing.
The Arc works fine for music, but no joy connecting to the TV. I’m starting to assume there’s a fault that’s not been diagnosed. Does anyone have any ideas of what it could be or how to repair? Thanks
