Sonos ARC disconnecting from TV.

Hi,

My new Sonos ARC is connected to HDMI ARC TV input.

When Switching from music to TV I get the following message:

Connection Issue We’ve detected an issue with your HDMI connection. We’ll help you fix it.

After selecting Fix it I get the following message:

A device is interfering with the HDMI connection. Disconnect any other home theater products, the try again.

Only after I disconnect the cable box, running the Fix it works (until the same thing happens again)

Hi @Itai, Thank you for reaching out and welcome to the community. Sorry to hear about your concern with your Sonos Arc to the TV. So that e can have a better picture of the current status of your Sonos system, I’ll ask you to submit a diagnostic report to investigate further what could be causing this issue. You may reply to the thread with the confirmation number to assist you with this issue.
