Hi,
My new Sonos ARC is connected to HDMI ARC TV input.
When Switching from music to TV I get the following message:
Connection Issue We’ve detected an issue with your HDMI connection. We’ll help you fix it.
After selecting Fix it I get the following message:
A device is interfering with the HDMI connection. Disconnect any other home theater products, the try again.
Only after I disconnect the cable box, running the Fix it works (until the same thing happens again)
