I bought Sonos Arc, connected it, installed the App. I configure it, everything goes fine, error 1101 appears - it cannot update the device, I try again, it can't be done again, it says it adds a new system, but it doesn't add it and I don't have any device on the list, I reset the device, router, etc., nothing helps
