sonos arc and symfonisk

I cant pair the arc and the symfonisk speakers in the sonos app. Strange enough the symfonisk speakers are installed but then i dont see the arc. When i restart the sonos app en turn on the tv i only see the arc but then i dont see the symfonisk speakers. This is getting me crazy. What is this??

You likely set them up as two different systems.  Factory reset either the Arc or the Symphonisks (see link: https://support.sonos.com/en-us/article/reset-your-sonos-product).  Then open the app and in Settings > System, choose to “Add Product”.  Follow the prompts to add the recently reset product(s).
