Since Monday, May 20, 2024, the volume slider in Android sonos app constantly resets to a very low volume, appropriately 15%. For both TV and music. The app is up to date as of May 21 and I have unplugged and plugged in an attempt to reboot system. Nothing system seems to affect this and it makes the entire Arc and Era 300s system useless. Anyone else experiencing this? Any tips or suggestions? I'm on hold with customer service with over 60 minutes wait time. Thanks for anything you got.

Hi, has this volume issue been fixed and if so, how? I've the same issue, it reverts to low all the time. Overall the app upgrade is a joke. It's gone backwards, and even the crap features don't even work.
