Sonos App.

I have Beam and 2 ONE SL's for suround speakers. Have trouble with the sonos app on my phone "S10". Trying to set up home theater and I can't get pass the pop-up screen that states select the speaker on the screen that it making the chime. For only thing on the screen is the pop-up message.

Hi @Ford02, Thank you for reaching out and welcome to the community. Sorry to know about this issue on your S10 controller for the Sonos App. I’ll be asking some questions to further assist on this issue.

  • Is this a new speaker setup on the Sonos App?
  • When did it start happening?
  • Is this happening on other device controllers or only on the S10 specifically?
  • Have you tried setting it up on another device controller to check if that will work?
  • Are there any other speakers that are already set up on the Sonos App?

Answers to these questions will help us check what could be causing this issue.
