I’m pretty tech savvy, have owned old Sonos 5, sad they are pretty obsolete. I bought the Arc sound bar for my LG OLED tv recently, felt like I needed some oomph, bought the Sonos One SI pair today. Plugged them in, set about firing them up through the app. I found them right away along with the arc. I went round and round with setting surround sound to work including factory reset many times. I couldn’t get any volume out of the speakers, even tho the True Play audio test showed they were working. I was about to call some geek for help and after reading all the forums, fiddling with the tv and cable settings and finding no answers tried the VOLUME Controls through the app. Went to the surrounds, turned up the tv volume full blast, music playback to FULL, BINGO!
