Sky Q & Sonos Arc not playing audio

Hi

i just bought an Arc connected via HDMI to my Panasonic ARC port and can only get audio if I choose audio output Normal not any of the Dolby options.  TV source is a 2TB sky Q box that is rated to play Dolby options 

As anyone got a solution please????

What specific model is your TV?

I recommend you get in touch with our technical support team, who have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and what it reports.
