Samsung TV losing Beam after standby

Hi,

I have been using my Beam with a Samsung TV for over 2 years with no issues but iit has just started losing connection with the Beam when the TV is turned on after being on Standby. I have tried every solution offered on forums etc with no result.

There is a work round by unplugging the TV and then it works OK. Obviously this isn't ideal and wonder if anyone else has a similar issue and found a solution.

Have you tried updating the software on the TV set?

Thanks 106rallye wasn't set ro the Dolby + but the normal Dolby Digital so not sure if this will solve, have now set to PCM but not put on standby as yet for test. Away for a few days so will check and update next week.

Leaving on TV speaker for the rest of the family.
