I have surround sound (not Sonos) wired into my amp. My tv Samsung QLED is connected via HDMI ARC port to Amp. Sound is working fine w tv along both remote controls for volume (Comcast TV/Samsung remote). My question is, why can’t I toggle the sound from my surround sound to my TV output?? When I changed it on my tv, it goes back to surround sound after a few seconds. Sometimes we don’t want surround sound on.. any help would he appreciated

In the TV settings, try disabling Anynet+ and changing the Sound Output setting to TV Speaker.

Wow. So many issues with this system! Thank you so much. In order to toggle, I just have to go into the Anynet to do it. Thanks again!
