The Samsung Remote suddenly stoped working (28/9/23). Worked for years, 2021 Samsung Q90 tv. Tried changing battery in remote, and factory reset Playbar without luck. Was able to change volume a few times, and also re-connect in the app. But now it’s nothing. Also tried deleting universal remote and setting it up again. 
 

any body els experience this? 

On most Samsung TV's it is not the remote that is sending the ir signal the Playbar needs. It's the TV (or Connect box) that sends the ir signal after it receives a bluetooth signal from the remote.

For ir you need a line of sight between receiver and transmitter. Has anything changed the line of sight between TV and Paybar? 


Thank you, that makes sense. Just mounted a wall cabinet and placed the playbar and one connect inside. Will try to move things around and see if it starts working again
