Roam2 has issues when grouped with Arc

I have all parts of system on same wifi - when listiening to TV Roam 2 sound kinda crackles drops every 2 secs or so

Whilst I agree, in part, with @GuitarSuperstar here, I may sometimes use the Roam 2 to sometimes listen to the TV audio whilst in the garden. So to perhaps help eliminate the ‘crackles’ and audio drops that you mention, perhaps try this…

Goto the Arc room settings in the new Sonos App and increase the ‘Group Audio Delay’ buffer to a higher setting and see if that perhaps resolves the issue for you.

It’s generally not a good idea to group the Roam with the Arc while playing TV audio. Not only will this connection be unreliable, but you will also likely experience a slight audio delay from the grouped Roam.
