We recently purchased an LG OLED G3 display and a Sonos ARC soundbar to replace an older system.  There appears to be no means to connect our ReSound TV-Streamer-2 that sends audio wirelessly to our ReSound hearing aids.

In an attempt to serve the streamer, we bought a high-specification ARCANA HDMI audio breakout unit and connected it.  It did work, yet the audio output was unsynchronized with the video displayed and the time conflict between the ARC’s sound and the hearing aids made it unusable.

Have any of you found a means to use ReSound hearing aid products with the Sonos system?

While we officially do not support a setup with third party devices like an Arcana HDMI, I do want to see if I can offer any help or advice.

The Sonos Arc plays audio from the TV as soon as it receives it, but maybe the Arcana or the ReSound have adjustable settings for the audio sync to be achieved.

Also, with my response, your thread moved to the top of the latest activity list, perhaps another user in our community has managed to get a similar setup to work and can help you further.
