I recently purchased a pair of Sonos Era 300’s to use as my surround sound. I had been using Sonos Ones as my surround sound. I reset the Sonos Ones to factory setup and sold them. My app keeps showing the Sonos Ones as Not Connected. How do I remove them entirely from my app/account? In trying to research this, I came across a post that said to select “Forget Current System”, but will this remove all my speakers from my app/account? If it will, can someone please tell me how to just remove the Sonos One’s? Thanks

The Sonos Ones will disappear from the app within a couple of days.

Once the speakers are setup and registered by the new owner they will also be removed from your Sonos account online.

why is this so complicated ?   I have 3 sonos era 300’s that have literally been bricked over the past 60 days .   I have tried to factory reset them hundreds of times.   I cannot get rid of the system and start over …    This is why I never bought sonos …..Total BS

Sorry, what is so complicated? In 15 years, I’ve never bricked a Sonos device, what happened to your Era 300s that bricked them, some sort of power surge? What part of the factory reset process (not recommended unless instructed by Sonos Support) was failing for you?
