I recently upgraded from arc+ play 1's to arc ultra + era 100

I made a quick trueplay with my android app , but i don't know why we can't set manually surround distance ( greyed After the procédure) after that.

I doesn't make sense since quick trueplay doesn't adjust listening position

( Don't tell me to do advanced trueplay, it never sets a good listening position between surrounds since years....)

Hi @Minhlong,

When you have Trueplay enabled in the Sonos app, the Surround Distance setting is disable for both quick tuning and advanced tuning. I do agree with you that it doesn’t make much sense: I’ve checked with a colleague and confirmed that this is the intended behaviour.

I can treat this thread as a feature request and pass along to the relevant team as it makes sense that quick tuning should still let you change this setting, but for now your options are to keep Trueplay disabled so you can adjust the Surround Distance settings or to keep the system as is with quick tuning.
