Hi, trying to connect our new sonos arc ultra to our 10 years old Samsung smarttv. Using the hdmi cable that came with the sonos.

The soundbar works, but connecting with the smarttv doesn't. It says "interferes with another HDMI device.

I removed all other devices and tried other hdmi cables to connect the arc.

I shut down and restarted the wifi router.

I can't find the sound settings in the tv menu, to check for the CEC settings.

Don't know what to do more.

The soundbar works well with the mini woofer and another sonos speaker.

But we want to use is as tv soundbar ofcourse.

Can anybody please help me any further?

Thanks!

Have you gone through the TV setup process in the Sonos App in the Arc Ultra room settings? - note you will need to have CEC enabled, which is usually called AnyNet+ on Samsung TV’s.

If you are getting interference from ‘other’ devices then perhaps try temporarily disconnecting those from the other TV HDMI ports during setup and add them back afterwards.
