Hi, I just bought a brand new Arc and set it up this past week. I’m facing issues with Apple TV where it will have popping noise when scrolling through certain apps. It seems to occur whenever the TV output is switching from Dolby Atmos to Stereo or some other format, however it’s not exclusively only occurring when switching formats. It is most prominent in Netflix where scrolling between tiles is causing the popping noise.
I have a Sony X93L, connected over the originally supplied HDMI with the ARC plugged into the eARC port. All the settings are to conduct passthrough of the audio, so blurays, TV, all seem to be passing the audio just fine.
I thought popping issue was resolved in Sonos update 15.10, but somehow it’s there for this brand new unit.
