I had a new router installed today and whilst my Roam, Beam (and 2 x One’s) have all connected automatically, my Playbase has not and I cannot get it to be recognised in the App to try and connect it.

i’ve gone through the reconnection steps in the App (power off Playbase and Router and switch on again), I’m still unable to connect the Playbase? 
Please help! 

Don’t worry, all fixed!! Just did a factory reset on the Playbase and re-added to my System 👍


Usually, a factory reset isn’t needed, just following the instructions at the new router - installation instructions FAQ is enough, but I’m glad you got it connected again.
