My playbase doesnt want to Connect because the playbase doesnt make Any Sound in the process were the mobile phone trys to hear a Audio code. Someone ever had the Same issue?

ps: i reset already few times untill Green light

I’m not sure what would be causing this to go wrong during the setup process, but in this case, I’d suggest you reach out to our support team to perform live troubleshooting.

I wouldn’t want to say the Playbase is faulty, but if it’s not making any noise during the setup process and you’ve already factory reset the Playbase, there is likely an issue somewhere that our support team can help you find.
