playbase issues

I have owned a playbase since 2018. Recently it has been acting up. If i press play/pause or next / previous buttons on playbase, it takes a long time to respond. It is also very slow to control from ios app. Not sure if the wifi card is acting up. Please help debug. I have several other speakers which are all fine.

It may be down to the latest app version: a lot of users are reporting slow response times. 
 

If you are concerned you could try generating a diagnostics report and contact Sonos support.
