I upgraded from an LG C7 to a G4. I mainly use an Apple TV with sound on Auto, not change format with an Arc. I’ve noticed that all sound except Atmos is being delivered via PCM (PCM 5.1, PCM 7.1) rather than Dolby Digital. This is different from the C7 where everything that wasn’t Atmos was just DD 5.1. Is that because the old TV was downgrading the sound?
