 Turned on the TV this morning, no sound from Arc. Pressed TV on IOS app and got volume control but still no sound.  Diagnostics sent.  Would like IP:1400/reboot back.  Getting too old to do the hands ‘N’ knees unplug.

 Some time back this was a common occurrence.  Lately though it’s been better until today.

Hi. Had the same yesterday, unplugged the router & everything is fine again. I am sure you must have tried this. Good luck 🤞🏼 


 Turned TV off then back on.  Sound is back.  Maybe HDMI communication issue.  In the past that never worked.  Still want IP:1400/reboot back just in case.  Guess a smart plug would work as well.
