I have a sonos amp with 6 ceiling speakers that were working perfectly fine but just stopped working the other day. I have been trying to call support and waited for a long time with no answer.
things that i have done
- Updated all the firmware
- Unplug all hdmi and power cables and reconnected
- Switch the breaker
- Tried all the sound setting on the tv
- My amp network status says unavailable
- WM: DISCONNECTED ( My system is hardwired to router )
- When i turn on up the volume on the tv sonos still appears
- Music will play fine from app but no sound from tv
