I have a sonos amp with 6 ceiling speakers that were working perfectly fine but just stopped working the other day. I have been trying to call support and waited for a long time with no answer.

things that i have done

  • Updated all the firmware
  • Unplug all hdmi and power cables and reconnected
  • Switch the breaker
  • Tried all the sound setting on the tv
  • My amp network status says unavailable
  • WM: DISCONNECTED ( My system is hardwired to router )
  • When i turn on up the volume on the tv sonos still appears
  • Music will play fine from app but no sound from tv
