My original Playbar does not appear to be on WiFi nor are there lights on the Ethernet jack.  The power cord for my playbar is snaked behind a accent wall that my 75” tv hangs from 1/any suggestions on hot to get the internet going or 2/resetting the sound bar without unplugging the plug from the wall?

If your Playbar is not showing up on your network, you may simply need to reboot it. Remove it from the mount and unplug it from the power for a minute. See if that helps. You should see the the ethernet port lights blinking. If not, check your router/network to make sure it is still connected to your network.

Thank you for your response. My challenge is I cannot access the plug to remove it from the wall.

Remove it from its mount it should be enough slack in the power cord behind it to unplug it

Or, you could power cycle it, potentially, by using the circuit breaker.

There is a member of this community who uses ‘smart’ plugs, so he doesn’t have to get in the ‘difficult to access’ area more than once. I haven’t needed to do that myself, although I admire the thought process…on the extremely rare cases I have wanted to power cycle a device, I’ve been able to reach either the plug in the wall, or the power cord going in to the speaker itself.

The power cord does not separate from the back of the speaker.  I flipped the circuit breaker and no luck. Any other ideas?

Have you suppressed the status light? Regardless, it will blink as the unit starts up. If it does not blink, suspect a power issue or major hardware fault.
