If I stream music either from my iPhone or through a streaming app on the TV there is no bass from the subwoofer in the music. Is this normal? My Bose Lifestyle 600 sure did.

I need to mark solved. I had to do a chat and we finally got it working. Router problems! Thanks

No, it’s not normal. Have you adjusted the bass in the EQ settings?

It would be helpful to others if you were to let us know how it was solved ;)

Like I posted earlier it was a router issue. It took us over an hour to fix the problem. Now how do I think I can put that in a message?

Router issue was rather ambiguous. ;)

Rebooted the router was what I was hoping for, it might help others in a similar situation, and is never a bad solution.

Although I admit the chances of someone actually searching before posting their issue does seem to be slim, any opportunity to assist others is encouraged.
