I have a Samsung qn90a with an arc and subg3. I am using plex on a Roku ultra and only getting stereo from my setup. The arc is plugged in to the earc hdmi on the tv, tv audio is set to pass through. How can I get any multi channel audio and atmos to come through. Any assistance is appreciated. Thank you

Sonos simply plays what you send it.
Sounds like you need to configure Plex and/or your Roku to send the audio in the right format.
