New setup ARC and 2x Era 100 as surrounds- ERAs delayed

Hi,

I just got an ARC (non-ultra) with my new LC C4 TV.

ARC plugged into eARC (TV) and ethernet (Comcast router home network), and 2x Era 100 speakers added as surround (wifi to Comcast router)

Sometimes the surround sounds very good - but often, there are phasing/echo/pulsing sounds through the surround speakers. It seems like it occurs when a new signal is sent, like if the surrounds join in with music in the audio track… it then smooths out a bit.

My guess would be that every time a surround element is sent to the speakers, they have to catch up once again and it takes a few seconds,

Any help appreciated!

Make sure you keep WiFi enabled on ALL speakers in the Sonos app.

Sadly that switch is mislabeled, it not only turns off WiFi it turns off the radio used to quickly pass surround and Sub data to them.

Disable WiFi is best left on unless you have a specific reason to need it off, even then a call to support first is a good idea.
