new set up surrounds

Hello i had Beam gen 2 connected with sub mini and surrounds One SL. Now i changed Beam for Arc. I connected sub mini with it normally but i can't connect surrounds it's not possible to find them. I tried reconnect wifi on it, factory reset but still not working. I don't know what to do. Thank you

You need to remove the surrounds and sub from the Beam before you can add them to the Arc.

Thank you it helped but now i have like 3 rooms and i can't delete one or connect all products to one room. I have Arc and sub mini in one room and surrounds one by one in other rooms. 

If i tap on connect surrounds to living room there is always some problem that is not possible to connect asking me if surrounds are powered on or if it has a wifi signal. All is good i checked. 

 

You’ve gotten the first step, now you need to go into the Arc room and add surrounds to the Arc:

Hello sir now i have another problem 😃 I changed the beam back just to try it again and compare. How i put the arc back i connected everything but surrounds and sub mini are not working. There was a green light on Arc and surrounds i've seen it's like muted.

But when i pushed the button on One SL green lights dissapeared but still not working. 

I don' know what to do.
