Good evening everybody I just recently updated my cable box remote control through Optimum. I have tried to install the Sonos beam and they will not recognize the volume buttons. I have tried to restart the system, but no avail as of right now I cannot use the new remote control with the Sonos beam. Any ideas? As reference the new remote control is the black one and not the old silver one
