Hi. I don’t use my surround sound much as I’m away with work. Since installing the new app I can’t seem to get anything to work. I can’t connect my 2 Sonos one SL and sub to my arc. The arc is plugged into to tv works fine but nothing else is connected can anyone help???

I’m sorry to hear of the issue you’ve had in trying to get your surrounds and Sub working with your Arc.
Just in case you were doing it in the other order, please try adding the surrounds to your Arc before adding your Sub - it shouldn’t matter usually, but some users have been reporting that this can currently help.
Looking at your system now, however, it looks like you might have already resolved the situation? Please let me know if this is not the case, and I’ll come up with some more advice for you.
