I have a new Sonos ARC and Sub .. Has been working fine for a while.. recently the sub stopped playing when I connected to my TV and now even if I disconnect it from the HDMI it still will not play. 

 

I have done the hard reset with the sub and reinstalled it to the system  twice with no luck. 

 Play help this is sooo frustrating.. I miss the old sonos systems that we simply hardly ever updated and always worked..
