Moved houses and our Arc is not quite right

We just moved across country. And I'm trying to get everything setup.

We have three One SLs the minute we got Internet at the new house (same router and same networking configuration as the old house) they worked exactly as expected.

I just got our TV hung on the wall and connected the Arc and Sub. Sound while connected to the TV is phenomenal (it's always been really good, but the TV is now against a concrete wall and that has dramatically improved things).

However, if I try to play something other than TV through the Arc, I'm told “Unable to connect try again later”.

 

It feels like a networking problem, but the Sonos App (what a horrible downgrade that is). Can see both the Arc and the Sub.

 

Anyone have any thoughts?
