Mini Sub connectivity issue: I have a Arc and 2 Era 300s as surrounds in my living room. The mini sub was connected to this, I moved it to my bedroom and connected to a pair of Era 100s.

 

After a few days I shifted it back to my living room but have not been able to connect to the Arc system. I am not new to Sonos, have used them for more than 10 years. Have tried every thing including resetting 

the Arc and Era300s, resetting the Wi-Fi, but nothing seems to work. The Arc and surrounds are working fine but the Sub is not connecting to the Arc. The app goes to try again twice and then says done, but no 

connection. Pl help me sort it out, very frustrating!

 

Remove the 300s temporarily, then add the Sub to the Arc to see if it does. Once added, reconnect the 300s for surrounds.

I have seen posts where users needed to connect the Sub before the surrounds for it to be recognized.

The other thing you can try is to hardwire the Arc to your network temporarily to see if that fixes the connection issue.
