Manually reconnect after a while with macbook, why?

Im using macbook and connected to Sonos One SL.
I spotted if I pause playing and after a while wanna re-play again, although the connection was still there, but theres no sound output at all.

So I would need to reconnect Sonos again.

Is there anything I can do, to keep the Sonos One SL alive at all time, without manually re-connecting it every so often?
